A leading regional law firm with a strong reputation in the South East is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to take on a broad range of quality work within a supportive and client-focused environment.
The RoleYou will handle a wide variety of commercial property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants)
- Lease renewals and assignments
- Property development and land promotion agreements
- Property finance and refinancing
- General property management and asset transactions
The team advises a diverse client base including SMEs, investors, developers, and owner-managed businesses.
What We're Looking For
- A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years' PQE in commercial property
- Strong technical ability with a commercial and practical approach
- Proven experience managing your own caseload
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive and collaborative team player
- Desire to build long-term client relationships and contribute to business development
