A well-established and respected law firm in Southeast London is looking to hire a talented Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 2 years’ post-qualified experience in residential conveyancing who is looking for a long-term role with real career development potential.

The Role:

You will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build matters. The firm places strong emphasis on client care, so you'll be expected to build lasting relationships and deliver a high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a full caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts
  • Conducting title checks and searches
  • Registering transactions with the Land Registry
  • Assisting junior team members as needed
Requirements

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing

Proven ability to handle a busy and varied caseload independently

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Proactive, well-organised, and client-focused
