As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you'll be at the heart of one of the most exciting and rewarding areas of law, guiding clients through the complexities of property transactions with expertise and empathy.This is a Permanent role with a competitive salary of £40,000- £60,000. This opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer Solicitor to work for a well-established, respected law firm- Diverse caseload of conveyancing matters, from sales and purchases to re-mortgages and shared ownership schemes Preferred Requirements:

  • Extensive experience handling a high volume of conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Exposure to new build transactions and shared ownership schemes
  • Proficient in using case management systems and the Land Registry portal
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Cooperative and helpful attitude, with a willingness to support and encourage less experienced members of the team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Strong IT skills and experience with case management systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and a diligent, conscientious approach to work
