Shift Pattern: Double Days (6-2, 2-10) Alternating Bi-Weekly

What you'll do...

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimise downtime and support production targets
  • Assist with mechanical maintenance tasks including work on hydraulics, pneumatics and general facility maintenance
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures and health & safety regulations
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and update the maintenance management system
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support engineering projects with a forward-thinking mindset

About you...

  • Recognised engineering qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND) in Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for improvement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and willing to work rotating shifts and occasional overtime
