21:00 to 06:15, Monday to Thursday

We’re working with a leading player in the packaging and labelling space who are looking for an experienced Flexo Printer to join their night shift team in Daventry. This is a full-time, permanent role for someone confident on press and comfortable working independently.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running and maintaining flexo printing machines to high standards

• Setting up jobs and adjusting settings to keep print quality spot on

• Using finishing kit like die cutters, slitters and rewinders

• Keeping colour, registration and repeat length consistent throughout each run

• Working closely with the wider production and maintenance team to solve issues and improve workflow

What they’re looking for:

• Solid experience on flexographic printing presses (labels or packaging ideal)

• Happy to work night shifts on your own and as part of a team

• Comfortable using in-house systems and basic IT tools

• Good communicator with a proactive mindset

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in ISO or GMP environments

• Background in rotary or flatbed flexo and screen printing

• Strong troubleshooting skills
