Warehouse Operative required for required for an automotive small/medium component manufacturer based in Daventry. The successful candidate will require experience in a similar position and have a full clean driving licence.
Warehouse Operative Job Overview- Use counterbalance FLT for loading/ unloading vehicles/stores - essential.
- Use a Reach Truck - essential.
- Book in items received using a computer system - number and computer literacy essential.
- Pick items from stores according to kitting list
- General stores functions
- Drive the company van as and when required -
- Responsible for stock checks and stock investigations
- Help keep the workplace safe, clean and tidy
- Work with rest of the team, and provide holiday or other cover
- Other work as required
- Adhere to health and safety and environmental requirements
- Clean driving license essential.
- Commutable distance of Daventry
- Salary- £25,000-£26,000
- Working hours - 8am - 4pm with 30 mins unpaid lunch (37.5 hours per week).
- Salary - £25,000.00 - £31,000 per year DOE
