We are on looking for a reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operative to join our team in Northampton, NN7, with immediate start.This is a temp-to-perm role, so this is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong warehouse skills who is looking for long-term, stable employment.?? Shift pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:00-16:00?? Pay Rate: £12.52/hour, with paid breaks.Overtime available midweek and one Saturday per month.Key Responsibilities:

Picking, loading, and unloading goods using RF scanners
Operating dock-level bay doors
Communicating effectively with delivery drivers
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a warehouse environment
Certification in Reach Truck, Counterbalance and T20
Strong communication skills and a good level of English
A professional, reliable, and hard-working attitude
