Job Title: Chef
Location: Deeside
Remuneration: 14 p/hour
Contract Details: Temporary, Monday-Friday, 7.30am-3pm

Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in creating outstanding dining experiences at our college and off-site events.
- Control food purchasing budgets, adhering to procedures set by the Head Chef.
- Supervise students during food preparation while ensuring adherence to food safety and waste management policies.
- Inspire and assist students in their hospitality and catering studies, enhancing their culinary skills.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation in both commercial and training kitchens.
- Ensure excellent customer service and high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to elevate our culinary offerings.
What We're Looking For:
- A passionate chef with experience in modern cuisine.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings when required.
- Commitment to safeguarding the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.
