Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a busy kitchen

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations

  • Collaborate with management to maintain and enhance our reputation for excellence

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef, or an ambitious Sous Chef ready to step up

  • Strong background in gastro pubs, fresh food and high-volume service

  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

  • A passion for fresh, seasonal and creative cooking

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
