Key Responsibilities:

Setting out, levelling, and surveying the site.
Ensuring plans, drawings, and quantities are accurate for construction activities.
Liaising with the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitoring site progress and reporting to the project manager.
Supporting quality control, health and safety, and compliance procedures.
Updating as-built records and site documentation.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of setting out tools and software (e.g., Total Station, AutoCAD).
Valid CSCS card.
SMSTS/SSSTS (preferred).
Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
