Lifting Supervisor

DCT Recruitment is currently looking for a skilled and reliable Lifting Supervisor to join an important project at Shotton Mill in Deeside. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who have a strong background in supervising lifting operations within industrial or construction environments.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all lifting operations on site, ensuring safety and efficiencyCoordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site management to plan lifts effectivelyConduct daily inspections and risk assessments of lifting equipment and methodsEnsure compliance with all relevant health & safety legislation and company policiesMaintain accurate records and documentation related to lifting activitiesCandidate Requirements:Minimum of 1 year’s experience working as a Lifting Supervisor or in a similar supervisory rolePossession of a valid CSCS Card or recognised Safety PassportComprehensive understanding of health & safety practices specific to lifting operationsStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and communicate effectivelyAbility to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlinesAdditional Information:This role is Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 18:00, with a 1-hour unpaid breakRate: £30 per hour, paid via CISCandidates must have their own accommodation as this is not provided, and accommodation costs will not be coveredThe role is ideal for someone local to the area or willing to commutePlease send your CV to or contact us directly on for more information.
