About Us:

We are proud to administer and manage national ID card schemes for individuals with disabilities. Our card services admin team provides support to individuals applying for those schemes, delivering outstanding service and processing applications.

This is a very busy office environment, and we now need a motivated and friendly individual to join the team, combining outstanding customer support over the phone and email with accurate data processing.

The Role:

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll play a key role in assisting applicants and cardholders of our ID card schemes.

You’ll handle queries efficiently, provide accurate information, and process applications accurately into our systems. Your role will combine excellent communication with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from applicants and card holders regarding the ID card scheme.
  • Provide accurate guidance on how to apply, eligibility and application status.
  • Process applications by verifying customer information and ensuring data is recorded correctly.
  • Manage administrative tasks including data entry and file updates.
  • Meet team targets for service quality, call handling, and data accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations at all times.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable, ideally in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, patient, and professional manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Computer literate.
  • Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a genuine commitment to helping customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
