  • Develop, implement, and review H&S policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant H&S legislation and industry standards.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, providing reports and recommendations.
  • Deliver H&S training to employees and management.
  • Collaborate with different departments to promote a safe working environment.
  • Keep up to date with new H&S regulations and industry best practices.
  • Maintain records of inspections, audits, and safety compliance reports.
  • Act as the point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors.
  • Support the development of emergency response and evacuation procedures.
Key Requirements:
  • [Degree/Diploma] in Occupational H&S, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • [NEBOSH/IOSH/] certification (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Proven experience in a H&S advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and best practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in large scale industrial construction.
  • Ability to work with contractors and other key members of staff.
  • First Aid certification is an advantage.
  • Up to date CSCS card.
