Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading food production company in their search for Senior Packing Team Leader to work in their leading facility in Deeside.
For the successful Senior Packing Team Leader our client is offering:
- £16.37 per hour
- Monday till Friday 2pm-10pm
- Temp to perm position
- Opportunity for progression

The role - Senior Packing Team Leader:
- Ensure all products are packed to safety and quality standards, including preventing contamination, maintaining temperature, and meeting weight tolerances.
- Manage and coordinate labour to meet deadlines.
- Oversee staff training and development.
- Ensure GMP compliance, including maintenance and segregation.
- Manage stock rotation and partially filled boxes.
- Coordinate with Goods Out, managers, and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.
- Report performance or training issues to the Packing Manager.
- Oversee packing shed operations and report any problems.
What our client is looking for in a Senior Packing Team Leader:
- Previous experience in packing or production department as a team leader - ESSENTIAL
- Previous food manufacturing experience - ESSENTIAL
