Position: Reception /Administration
Location: Deeside
Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am- 4:30 pm
Salary: Up to 14.00 per hour (DOE)
We're looking for an adaptable Reception/Administrator to support the team. You will be required to:
- Meet and greet visitors, escorting them from security to their destination.
- Book, arrange, and prepare meeting rooms as needed and organise catering requests
- Organise refreshment, ensuring coffee machines are cleaned and maintained for visitors
- Assist with overflow calls, answering phones and handling general admin tasks
- Assist with various general admin duties, helping to keep the office efficient and organised
What We're Looking For:
- Comfortable using office software such as Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook
This is an ongoing temporary role which starts immediately.
