Our client is a multidisciplinary firm experiencing an increase in workload across all its offices.
They are seeking an associate director civil engineer to help grow their team in Derby. If you have done business development and are good with clients and building relationships, this role would be perfect.
As well as your technical and design skills, you should be a "people person" who can grow a client base whilst focusing on expanding the team and supporting junior members.
You will take ownership of projects and work independently and be responsible for schemes from concept to completion on projects such as retail, industrial, education, health and residential.
