The company, based in Rugeley, Staffordshire, is renowned for delivering high-quality environments through innovative HVAC systems. Your new roleAs aTechnical Sales Manager (Mechanical Building Services), you will be based at the company's head office in Rugeley, with regular travel to London. You will be responsible for managing incoming sales enquiries, preparing competitive tenders, and maintaining your own sales pipeline. The role also involves attending site surveys, engaging with clients, and contributing to the commercial strategy and project conversion. What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in technical sales or estimating within mechanical services
  • Strong understanding of plumbing, HVAC, and air conditioning systems
  • Experience in office and/or retail fit-out projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload
  • Willingness to travel to London for meetings and site visits
