ABOUT THE ROLE
Kedleston Park Golf Club is looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced Head Chef to lead our well-established kitchen team. Dining is a cornerstone of the member experience at our prestigious Club, and this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our culinary offering.
You will have the freedom to:
- Design fresh, innovative menus for both daily dining and signature calendar events (up to 120 covers)
- Lead a team that delivers consistently high-quality, fresh food
- Maintain tight control of kitchen budgets, food costs, and GP
- Elevate the dining experience in line with the Clubs excellent reputation
We're looking for someone dependable, upbeat, team-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding food and service.
