The Coopers Arms is a family run pub, restaurant & events venue based in Weston on Trent.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking person to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
Running the kitchen to our high standard in the head chefs absence
Adhering to 70% GP
Maintaining our 5* Hygiene Rating
Preparing, cooking and presenting fresh food to high standards
Ensuring the brigade has high culinary standards
Helping to manage food purchasing and storage
Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
Helping to create new recipes and writing of menus
Job Skills:
A flair with ingredients
An ability to stay calm under pressure
Strong leadership skills
First rate culinary skills
Strong Banqueting experience
