The Role of Area Sales Manager Â
Drive sales of Ventilation Systems – promote and sell the company’s range of natural ventilation products, including Hybrid NV solutions, dampers, window and roof systems, and ancillaries.Â
Generate Specifications & Build Relationships – work closely with architects, M&E consultants, and contractors to specify products on key projects, particularly within the education sector.Â
Secure & manage orders – engage with M&E contractors and main contractors to convert specifications into orders, manage the process, and ensure successful delivery.Â
Meet sales targets – consistently achieve regional sales objectives by winning projects and maximising business opportunities.Â
Maximise Customer Time & Coverage – spend the majority of time face-to-face with customers, with additional time working from home, as part of a collaborative national sales team.Â

The Ideal Person for the Area Sales Manager Â
Sales Focus – promote and sell the company’s range of Natural Ventilation systems and Contract Louvres.Â
Proven Sales Experience – must have experience in an external (field-based) sales role, ideally with some alignment to the construction route to market (consultants, contractors, or similar).Â
Relationship Building – develop strong connections with consultants, contractors, and clients to drive specifications and secure orders.Â
Project Variety – work across a broad mix of projects, with significant involvement in the education sector.Â
Sales Experience & Growth Opportunity – proven background in an external sales role with the ability to generate new business, while benefiting from excellent prospects for learning, development, and long-term career success within a supportive team.Â
