Our client is delivering a quality mixed tenure product across the North Midlands area, incorporating traditional and modern methods of construction. Due to continued success and increase of workload, we are looking to strengthen within the Technical function with individuals from either an Architectural or Engineering bias. You will offer 5+ years of residential development experience, perhaps ideally within both SME & PLC businesses. As always, attention to detail and a thorough and committed working culture is a must for our client, as well as the ability to liaise and integrate with other development disciplines.
