Our client is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager for their Care Home, part of a charity that has been supporting the Derby community for nearly 500 years. The Deputy Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of this 40-bed care home, providing compassionate care and leadership.

The Role:As a Deputy Manager, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day management of the care home.
  • Support the Home Manager in overseeing daily operations

  • Conduct regular audits for safety and compliance
  • Maintain high safeguarding standards and address risks
  • Ensure compliance with CQC and Local Authority regulations
