Theyre looking for a confident Assistant Manager to join the team and help keep things running smoothly in their busy venue. They will also consider a Duty Manager to support the management team.

Assistant Manager: £31,000 - £34,000 per annum (depending on experience) + TRONC (approx. £4,500 per annum)
Duty Manager: Up to £30,000 per annum + TRONC (approx. £4,000 per annum)
45 hours per week, 5-day working week

Experience in a high-volume gastropub or restaurant youll know what its like to keep things ticking over when it gets busy!
Confidence in both the bar and the lounge restaurant areas youll need to be happy to jump between both.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team to deliver top-notch service.
A real focus on customer service, making sure every guest has a great experience.
Ability to stay calm and organised during peak times it can get hectic, but youll handle it with ease.
Experience with stock control, ordering, and managing day-to-day operations.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in hospitality.
Previous managerial or senior supervisor experience you might be a Duty Manager looking to step up or a change of scenery.
A passion for food and drink, and an interest in dining trends.
Financial skills with knowledge in budgeting and cost control (desirable)
