What you’ll be doing:
- Providing friendly, professional support to customers over the phone
- Resolving customer queries, issues and complaints with care and efficiency
- Accurately logging customer details and interactions in our system
- Following up on customer enquiries to ensure full resolution
- Staying updated on company policies, procedures, and service updates
What we’re looking for:
- A clear and confident communicator who enjoys solving problems
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferred, but not essential
- Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Keen to learn and grow in a well-established organisation
