What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing friendly, professional support to customers over the phone
  • Resolving customer queries, issues and complaints with care and efficiency
  • Accurately logging customer details and interactions in our system
  • Following up on customer enquiries to ensure full resolution
  • Staying updated on company policies, procedures, and service updates

What we’re looking for:

  • A clear and confident communicator who enjoys solving problems
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Keen to learn and grow in a well-established organisation
