Deputy Manager position available at a Family Assessment Centre in the Derby area.
Candidates should possess a Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent) and are expected to commit to completing a Level 5 qualification with support.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Children's Services is required, along with knowledge of OFSTED and safeguarding practices.
The ideal candidate should be nurturing, calm, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively support children and families.
The salary for this role is up to £44,000 depending on experience.

Deputy Manager required to work within a Family Assessment Centre in the Derbyarea. This is your opportunity to step into a DM role and work within a lovely team providing support to children and their families

Qualifications and Experience

* Level 3 in Children and Young People (or equivalent)

* Level 5 or willing to commit to complete (with support)

* Minimum of 2 years experience working within Children's Services

* OFSTED knowledge

* Safeguarding experience
