What a wonderful role! This is an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join a dynamic Sales team, playing a pivotal part in supporting client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Engaging with client representatives through phone calls and emails.
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system with project statuses and client interactions
  • Attending Meetings preparing for and attending meetings with Key Account Managers
  • Following up on submitted quotes to gather client feedback and ensure satisfaction with proposals
  • Sales Administration including case studies, accreditation evidence and quality submissions
  • Monitoring online procurement portals to identify and generate sales leads
