Project Manager required in Derby Location: Derby - Hybrid (60/40 office/home split after a 6 month probation period) Salary: Up to £30,000SF Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established and growing business to recruit a Project Manager in Derby. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic environment where you'll play a key role in delivering SaaS-based solutions to a portfolio of clients. You'll take ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle, from client onboarding and implementation through to post-launch support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, enjoys cross-functional teamwork, and is passionate about delivering high-quality client experiences at scale. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full delivery of up to 30 active SaaS projects, ensuring successful and timely outcomes.
  • Lead client onboarding and guide users through setup, implementation, and go-live phases.
  • Create and maintain project delivery forecasts
  • Run both internal and client-facing meetings, including sprint planning and status updates.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to scope projects, manage dependencies, and produce tailored briefs.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure deliverables meet both client requirements and deadlines.
  • Support with project troubleshooting including CMS configuration
  • Build and refine internal processes to improve delivery consistency and forecasting accuracy.
  • Provide structured post-launch support and manage aftercare to maintain strong client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing SaaS or software delivery projects.
  • Strong multitasking ability - comfortable managing a high volume of projects at different stages.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, both client-facing and internal.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Asana).
  • A good understanding of web technologies such as WordPress, Elementor, and Google Console.
  • Comfortable working alongside developers and technical teams.
  • Calm under pressure and proactive in finding solutions when challenges arise.
