Duties to include:* Verify material accuracy against pick lists to ensure quality and completeness* Perform transactions in ERP system to maintain up to date inventory records* Organise and maintain material storage and kitting areas to support efficiency* Collaborate with cross functional departments to ensure timely flow and continuous improvement* Prepare, package and dispatch materials for overhaul* Book transport requirements for overhaul materials* Support Stores Manager with stock accuracy tasks (cycle counts, system updates, location checks)* Support Goods In activities, receiving and booking in deliveries* Supporting the business with ad hoc and project work as required* Any other duties as required* Receive and interpret pick lists to accurately select required materials from storesEssential Skills/Experience:* Previous stores experience preferred.* Experience of ERP / stock management systems * Able to use Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook proficiently* Well organised with an acute attention to detail* Must have excellent communication skills * Able to work with minimum supervision* Full driving license requiredEmail:
