In this role, your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Maintaining accurate records, adhering to established policies, procedures, instructions and guidelinesSupporting with ordering for indirect purchases and warehouse stock, and critical purchases when requiredCollating information and documenting component category plans and supply chain risk assessmentsOrganising transport between subcontract suppliers, ensuring that material movement tracking is in placeProcessing stock requests and resolving daily invoice and warehouse queriesBeing involved in data cleansing and input activity in preparation for the new ERP system launchMonthly creation of KPIs and external indices for board reportsThe successful candidate will:Be experienced in administrative activities in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writingDisplay extensive attention to detail with vast time management abilitiesEvidence of self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervisedHold good IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft OfficeWorking knowledge of SageThis is an exciting opportunity to make a difference to a growing business with big ambitions.
