  • Developing and managing production plans aligned with labour, equipment, and sales forecasts to ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Collaborating with commercial teams to align production with customer demand, challenging lead times and improving operational efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate capacity plans, work-to-lists, and performance metrics while ensuring timely release of production batch cards.
  • Building strong internal relationships to resolve production issues and enhance service quality across departments.
  • Ensuring data integrity in Paragon and support ISO standards compliance, including energy efficiency initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Production Planner Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a production planning role
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
