Our client is seeking a passionate and results driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee and enhance all operational departments including Production, Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance, while working in close collaboration with the executive team.

Your Role as a Regional Operations Manager will include:
* Developing multi-site business, department strategies and implementation of group initiatives
* Maintain a proactive culture of CI & best practice throughout the plant
* Site remains audit ready & in compliance with ISO standards, regulations, and statutory agencies.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the wider group on group wide initiatives
The successful Regional Operations Manager will need:
* Experience at a Senior Management level in manufacturing
* Understand the operational and financial drivers of the industry
* Experience leading the sites Lean Management and Continuous Improvement initiatives
* Full UK driving licence and willing to travel
