Job Title: Site Manager - University Project (Derby)

Duration: 4 Weeks
Rate: 250 - 300 per day (Umbrella PAYE only)
Location: Derby
We are currently looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a university project in Derby, starting Tuesday 27th May for a 4-week contract.
Key Requirements:
- Valid Black or Gold CSCS card
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Proven experience in finishing and snagging on commercial or education sector projects
- Ability to manage trades, ensure quality standards, and drive works to completion
