Site Manager’s required – Midlands
£450 - £500 Per day (Outside IR35)
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or SSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certifications are required.
• CSCS Card (Manager level – anything above standard construction worker will suffice) Or CSCS Black Card
• Strong background in site management, preferably with a focus on mechanical and electrical installation
• Strong Automation Background
- Day to day operational management of site
- Oversee hands on technical staff and contractors.
- Authorise RAMS - Risk assessments / method statements / toolbox talks
- Issuing work permits and working with third party equipment suppliers to negotiate and agree external services
- Plan and organise work and to ensure materials are delivered on time for work to be carried out
- Ensure Health & Safety on the site
