Approach Personnel is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our clinet based within the Derbyshire area. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be in charge of leading a team to enable the overall success of our projects.

What we are looking for:
- Someone who has a background in industrial distribution logistical projects.
- Ideally someone who has a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Managment.
- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
- Experience in groundworks and new build cost management
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assess contrcat risk and work with the site team to develop and manage mitigation plans
- Review all contract documents to ensure the business is protected at all times.
- Manage all commercial apecs related to the contracts.
- Ensure that all group commercial prlicies are being adhered too and that all legislations are beingmet.
- Manage our established lsit of supply chain sub-contractors.
