We are seeking a friendly receptionist who. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills, looking for a long-term opportunity in a fully office-based environment.
Day-to-day of the role:•   Answering incoming calls, managing inquiries, and taking messages with a professional telephone manner.•   Greeting guests upon arrival, offering refreshments, and ensuring a welcoming environment.•   Efficiently setting up meeting rooms for various gatherings and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.•   Performing a variety of administrative tasks as needed to support the team and office operations.•   Assisting in setting up new office spaces, organising necessary resources and facilities.•   Handling incoming and outgoing post, and providing general support for office facilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:•   Strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner.•   Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.•   Proficient in administration and IT skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.•   Experience in a receptionist or similar role is preferred.
