We're looking for an energetic and ambitious Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager to join our stylish Italian restaurant in a 4-star resort hotel just outside Derby.
If you're a Supervisor or experienced team member who's ready to step into a junior management role, this is the perfect next move.
With a fantastic Restaurant Manager already in place, we're now looking for an Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager who is growing in their career, full of energy and ready to help drive standards, boost morale and gee the team along as we strengthen our newly formed team in our newly refurbished F&B Outlets.
What You'll Be Doing
* Support daily restaurant operations with a hands-on leadership style
* Bring a buzz to the floor - encourage, energise, and motivate your team
* Lead on staff training, inductions, and recruitment of new team members
* Help drive staff incentives, build engagement and keep service standards high
* Handle paperwork and operational procedures efficiently and with attention to detail
* Assist in nurturing and developing our newly formed front-of-house team
