Job Title: Field Service Engineer Location: Field-Based / Norfolk
We’re hiring a Field Technical Support Specialist to provide on-site support for print and copier devices. This role involves fault diagnosis, routine maintenance, installations, and ensuring service levels are met across customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues for print/copier devices
- Perform maintenance, updates, and new device installations
- Log service activities and report recurring faults
- Support customers on-site and maintain strong relationships
- Collaborate with team members and share technical knowledge
Requirements:
- Experience in field technical support, ideally in print/MFP/copier environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer-focused and able to work independently
