Berry Recruitment are seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Assistant to support a busy office based in King's Lynn.

Reporting to the Director/Manager, you'll handle a range of administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date office administration

  • Answer phones and direct accurate information as needed

  • Ensure timely preparation of contract sales paperwork

  • Liaise with clients regarding payments and overdue accounts

  • Support order processing to meet contract deadlines
