PPC Manager - hybrid working
Are you a data-driven digital marketing professional with a passion for PPC and performance marketing? We’re looking for a PPC Manager to join a fast-paced e-commerce environment and take charge of driving high-quality traffic that converts.
About the Role:
As the PPC Manager, you will play a key role in our web acquisition strategy, focusing on paid search channels such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns to increase website visibility, traffic, and sales. Working closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, content, supply chain, and IT—you’ll help ensure that acquisition efforts align with broader business goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement performance-driven strategies for paid search (PPC) across a portfolio of websites.
- Analyse and report on web traffic performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Deliver actionable insights to enhance user engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Collaborate on content optimisation to align with SEO and marketing objectives.
- Manage campaigns across PPC, affiliation, and retargeting platforms.
- Track performance, adjust campaigns based on data, and ensure budget adherence.
- Work alongside colleagues managing other traffic channels such as SEO and Social Media.
Key Metrics You’ll Own:
- Website turnover, traffic volume, and conversion rate.
- Paid vs organic traffic performance.
- Bounce rate, transaction volume, and average order value (AOV).
- PPC campaign ROI and budget efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid search.
- Proven success managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
- Proficient in web analytics and performance reporting.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on campaign execution skills.
- Results-focused, detail-oriented, and highly organised.
- Able to manage agency relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bonus if you bring knowledge of SEO and other acquisition channels.
