Role expectations in the first year:

  • Successfully complete a structured induction plan, gaining confidence in patient treatment.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, referring patients as needed.
  • Manage a varied caseload, including Swift, Clearanail, nail surgery, and biomechanical assessments.
  • Engage in regular performance reviews and training to enhance clinical skills.
  • Participate in team activities and professional development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • HCPC-registered podiatrist with a degree in Podiatry.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Open to feedback and continuous professional development.
  • Passionate about podiatry and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
