We have daily, short-term, and long-term supply roles available in welcoming and vibrant primary schools. If you love teaching but want a more flexible lifestyle with competitive day rates, paid weekly we want to hear from you. You will be expected to deliver engaging lessons in line with the curriculum to the class and regularly assess student progress, providing feedback to pupils, other members of staff and parents. You must be a strong communicator and proficient in class and behaviour management. You will also be responsible for the pupils emotional well being.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessing student performance regularly and using this provide feedback to pupils, other members of staff and parents to create targets for improvement.

  • Create a positive learning environment that is in line with the school's values of kindness, hard work and taking responsibility for our actions and decisions.

  • Engage in continuous professional development and reflect on teaching practices

  • Work in collaboration with parents and other members of staff to support diverse learning.

  • Be alert to child protection concerns and follow safeguarding procedures to best support student's social, emotional, and mental well-being.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children is essential.

  • Qualified teacher status and a relevant degree or PGCE

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents and colleagues effectively.
