  • About the Role

    Our client is looking for a compassionate and motivated Senior Supported Housing Worker to join their team in Wiltshire. This role covers services in both Salisbury and Trowbridge, supporting single homeless adults and individuals in early recovery from substance use.

    In this leadership role, you'll guide and support a dedicated frontline team, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery. You'll work closely with partner agencies to provide tailored, person-centred support, and play a key role in shaping and improving service outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Provide supportive line management and regular supervision to team members
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred support to a caseload of clients using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the internal case management system
  • Respond to local incidents and safeguarding concerns, ensuring appropriate action is taken and documented
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and procedures
  • Requirements

  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs and/or challenging behaviours
  • Understanding of the support needs of people experiencing social exclusion
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (with business insurance)
