We are looking for a Repairs Supervisor to join a well-established social housing contractor, covering Swindon, Wiltshire, Oxford, (majority Swindon).
The Repairs Supervisor will receive:

- Fuel card
- 24 per hr
- Weekly pay

- Salary 42-45k DOE

Responsibilities of the Repairs Supervisor:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (no call outs)
- Work focused in Swindon, with travel paid at your normal rate if journeys exceed one hour each way
- Overseeing a small team of trade operatives on a responsive repairs contract
- Creating schedules of work, ensuring deadlines are met
- Liaising with tenants, clients and operatives on site
- Monitoring progress of direct labour and subcontractors
- Pricing jobs, auditing
- Maintaining high health and safety standards on-site
