Role Responsibilities:

  • Actively self-prospecting and developing leads with potential clients,
  • Managing client relationships and always maximising opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Being able to negotiate excellent deals for the company
  • Being able to close deals to get them over the line
  • Meeting and exceeding performance KPI’s and financial targets
  • Being able to undergo detailed market research to highlight potential opportunities
  • Managing internal CRM to track leads from cradle to grave
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to maximise results and promote a positive working environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
  • Excellent IT literacy and technical proficiency (word/excel/email/CRM).
  • Pre-cast knowledge advantageous.
  • Full clean driving licence.
