Role Responsibilities:
- Actively self-prospecting and developing leads with potential clients,
- Managing client relationships and always maximising opportunities with new and existing clients
- Being able to negotiate excellent deals for the company
- Being able to close deals to get them over the line
- Meeting and exceeding performance KPI’s and financial targets
- Being able to undergo detailed market research to highlight potential opportunities
- Managing internal CRM to track leads from cradle to grave
- Working collaboratively with other team members to maximise results and promote a positive working environment.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
- Excellent IT literacy and technical proficiency (word/excel/email/CRM).
- Pre-cast knowledge advantageous.
- Full clean driving licence.
