Our client requires a competent Site Manager for a prestigious construction site in Wakefield, with experience of refurbishment and renovation of listed buildings, to start as soon as possible, or by the start of June 2025. Duration: 6 months approx.
The role requires someone with a range of experience, including new build / extension and refurb. Practical experience would be an advantage.
Responsible for managing a range of sub-contractors including Groundworks; first fix Mechanical and Electrical; and Brickwork.
SMSTS; CSCS and First Aid essential.
