Main duties:To provide excellent customer service to business-to-business retailers

The role:- Answer customer enquiries via telephone and email- Offer customers guidance on products and online ordering process- Monitor stock levels, order processing and keep customers updated on shipping status- Process returns and issue refunds in a timely manner- Admin duties as and when required

The candidate:- Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Essential- Previous customer service experience- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Dynamic, confident and motivated candidate- IT literate

Salary: Circa £28,000 depending on experience and excellent benefits
