This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assembly and Integration Manager to join the Manufacturing Assembly, Integration and Testing team of a highly-successful company at the forefront of Aerospace innovation in a newly-created role.

The Role

The Assembly and Integration Manager will work across my client's product portfolio, assembling both R&D products and flight hardware. In this business-critical role, the Assembly and Integration Manager will manage everyday assembly and manufacturing efforts, ensuring a strong focus on quality management.Benefits:

What do I need for the Assembly and Integration Manager position?

  • Strong engineering knowledge with experience in the assembly of precision components
  • Knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of MAIT, such as functional testing, vibration, shock, electrical bonding/isolation, kinematic testing, TVAC, etc.
  • Demonstrable experience of using assembly procedures.
  • Good experience in leadership roles
