I am recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager to oversee the internal fit-out of a high-rise block in Berkshire.
The role requires proven experience managing internal fit-out on new build residential schemes, preferably with a contractor or social housing background.
Candidates must have CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.

I'm currently recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager to oversee the internal fit-out of a high-rise block on a major regeneration scheme in Berkshire.

Here are the details:

Location: Berkshire
Role: Freelance Site Manager (Internals)
Scheme: High-rise RC frame, residential regeneration project
Requirements: Proven experience managing internal fit-out on new build residential schemes, ideally with a contractor / social housing background and on high rise projects
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certs are required
Start: Mid-September (Interviews start w.c. 8th September)
Duration: Until March/April 2026
Rate: Up to (Apply online only)/day CIS - strictly dependent on experience.
