This pivotal role involves steering multi-site activities, fostering a culture of safety and performance, and aligning operational execution with broader business goals. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping operational strategy and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and embed a proactive approach to health and safety, working closely with internal safety teams to uphold rigorous standards.
  • Manage day-to-day activities across several production facilities, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality output.
  • Guide and support senior site leaders, fostering a high-performance culture and encouraging professional growth.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Translate long-term business objectives into actionable operational plans, collaborating with executive leadership to ensure alignment.
  • Work in tandem with cross-functional leadership to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
  • Set clear goals for site leaders, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure optimal use of personnel, equipment, and materials to meet production targets within budgetary constraints.
Candidate Profile:
  • Education: Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Leadership Background: Proven track record of managing dispersed teams within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of production environments, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to support teams in resolving technical challenges and improving operational systems.
  • Process & Relationship Management: Skilled in refining workflows and managing key stakeholder relationships.
  • Health & Safety Knowledge
  • Performance Management: Experience in setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and driving accountability.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and organizational communication abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
